My name is Serhii Miasoiedov. I work at the intersection of business processes, artificial intelligence, contract-based design, and practical automation.

My focus is not to “add AI to a business”, but to understand what specific work a system should perform, where the boundaries of responsibility lie, what actions are allowed, what must be verified, and what result can be considered correct.

Where This Comes From

Before working with AI, I spent many years in media: filming, editing, observing people, events, systems, and the way information turns into action.

That experience gave me an important foundation: to see not only the tool, but the process around it. Who makes decisions. Where chaos appears. What repeats. Where a person gets tired. Where structure is needed.

When modern AI tools appeared, one thing became clear: the main problem is not that the model “cannot do something”. The problem is that businesses often do not know how to embed it safely and usefully into a real process.

My Approach

I look at an AI system as a working loop:

intent → rules → action → result → verification

If this chain is missing, the system quickly turns into a chaotic assistant that may sound convincing but has no clear boundaries.

That is why I use a contract-based approach.

A contract describes what the system can do, with what data, through which tools, under what conditions, where human judgment is required, and how the result is verified.

What I Build

I design and build:

contract-based AI systems for business processes;
specialized assistants for specific roles;
automations for regular reporting and recurring routine;
systems for controlling AI actions;
safe workflows for client data;
practical prototypes for testing a business idea.

What Matters to Me

I do not believe in automation for the sake of automation.

A strong system should be as simple as possible and as controlled as necessary.

If a normal process is enough, there is no need to build a complex AI system.

If AI works with data, clients, money, or external services, it needs boundaries, verification, and an action log.

MOVA Lab is the place where I bring this approach into a public form: texts, case studies, products, experiments, and practical solutions.

This is not a showroom for “magic AI”.

It is a lab for controlled AI systems that are meant to work in real business: calmly, clearly, and with a verifiable result.
